ARFF Ready
BuiltAppliance, equipment and station checks, the live category board with crew and agent, alerts that escalate, competencies, foam and agent stock, foam tests, incidents, drills, insights and the readiness pack.
What ARFF Ready doesAerodrome
BuiltServiceability inspections by zone with findings pinned and photographed, a board of each site and facility from your records, lights out by number, a NOTAM log, runway condition reports, works with the restore countdown, wildlife and strike reminders, remote strips and helicopter landing sites, and the inspector pack.
What Aerodrome doesGSE Ready
BuiltPre-use checks by START and PROOF tags with a red tag on a critical fail, a board of checked, unlocked units against the day’s flights by hour, statutory items, the contact register, airside vehicle permits, driving authorities, airport defect notices and the station pack.
What GSE Ready doesAircraft records
BuiltA record board per tail from your own entries, walk-arounds and daily inspections by aircraft type, deferrals per the entry, the ELT, reports recorded, the due list by import, HEMS records and declared standby, fuel uplifts and the weight and balance reference.
What Aircraft records doesFuel quality checks
BuiltFive checks from the catalogue: refueller and hydrant dispenser daily, weekly and monthly, fuel farm daily, and avgas drum or small aerodrome. A critical fail takes the unit or site out of service, and aircraft fuel uplifts link to that day’s check. Records only: the limits are yours.

- Aerodrome is priced per aerodrome per year, from about A$6,000 for a small aerodrome to about A$25,000 for a regional one. We quote it for your aerodrome.
- GSE Ready is priced per unit of ground equipment per month.
- Aircraft records are priced per aircraft per month: A$25 for general aviation, charter and HEMS aircraft, and A$45 for airline aircraft.
- Fuel quality checks are priced per fuel site per year. They record your checks: Escudo never certifies fuel or approves its release, and never replaces your own procedures or the JIG or EI standards you work to.
- Modules marked in development are not available yet. Their prices are indicative and are confirmed when the module is released.
- We quote and invoice. There is no self-serve sign-up yet.

Questions
What counts as a vehicle for ARFF Ready?
Each ARFF vehicle you check on the system: major foam tenders, rapid intervention vehicles, command, tanker, rescue, slip-on and trailer units. Ask us how your equipment and station checks fit if your service is unusual.
Where does an aerodrome sit in the Aerodrome range?
It depends on the size of the aerodrome, from about A$6,000 a year for a small aerodrome to about A$25,000 for a regional one. We quote it for your aerodrome.
How are aircraft records priced?
Per aircraft you keep records for, per month: A$25 for general aviation, charter and HEMS aircraft, and A$45 for airline aircraft.
How is fuel quality priced?
A$1,500 per fuel site per year. Tell us how your fuel farms, refuellers, hydrant dispensers and drum stores are set out, and we will quote which of them count as a site.
Can we buy ARFF Ready, Aerodrome, GSE Ready, aircraft records and fuel quality checks together?
Yes. One airport, ground handler, into-plane fueller or aircraft operator can hold any of them, on one account, with one set of people and one dashboard.
How do we pay?
We send a quote and then an invoice. There is no card checkout or self-serve sign-up yet.
