- Pre-start and daily check templates for trucks, trailers, buses, waste, vans, utes, bikes, plant, forklifts, EWPs and healthcare vehicles
- Guided walkaround templates: a framed photo at every stop, every tyre’s tread and pressure, time, location and heading stamps, and an evidence rating
- Defects with photos, reported from the road, on the defect board
- Automatic vehicle status: available, restricted, off road
- Fault deferral with a limit, approved by a named supervisor; safety critical faults never deferrable, and cleared by a named person with their qualification and the test

- Microsoft sign-in for the dashboard is available on request.
- New Zealand customers: NZD pricing with GST will be published once our NZ billing is in place. Until then NZ fleets are billed in AUD.
Why per vehicle
Per-seat pricing punishes the fleets that need this most: a 30-truck firm with 45 drivers, a bus depot with casuals, a council with contractors. Charging per vehicle means every driver who touches the vehicle can do the check, and the person who signs is the person who walked.
Many telematics bundles need hardware fitted to every vehicle and a multi-year contract. Escudo Fleet needs a printed tag and a phone. Hired, subcontracted and trailer assets are covered on day one.
Larger fleets and groups
Above about 150 vehicles, or for a group with several operating companies, we quote annually with an invoice. The product is the same. Contact us with the fleet size and the vehicle mix.

Questions
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The 14-day trial starts when you create your fleet. You add a card only if you decide to continue.
What counts as a vehicle?
Anything with its own tag and its own checks: a truck, a bus, a van, a ute, a trailer or a plant item. For trailer and plant rates, ask us.
Is there a charge per driver?
No. Every plan includes unlimited drivers, including subcontractors you invite by a link.
Do I need hardware or a contract term?
No hardware. A printed QR tag on each vehicle is all it takes. Plans are billed annually; for monthly billing, ask us.
What happens to our records if we leave?
They are yours. Export everything as PDF and spreadsheets at any time before you leave. We keep your records while your account is open and as long as the law requires, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Can we change plan later?
Yes. The account owner changes the plan or the number of vehicles from the billing page, through our payment provider’s portal.
Are prices ex GST?
Yes. Prices on this page are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
Do you offer discounts for associations or brokers?
Ask us about member codes and group pricing.
