About Escudo Ready
It began with a question nobody could answer quickly: which of these vehicles is ready to respond right now? The same question turned out to matter to fleets, airports and mines.
Escudo means shield. The products protect the people who rely on the vehicle, the appliance or the refuge being ready.
Built by people who have run fleets
We are a Melbourne-based team with significant experience in government, emergency services operations, fleet management and Chain of Responsibility.
We have worked on the station floor, in the operations room and in the fleet office, and we know how a missed defect becomes a vehicle that cannot respond. That shows in the detail: what a failed pump test should do to a vehicle, how a handover between shifts should work, and why people will not use anything slower than the check itself.
Government experience shapes how we build: records that stand up to audit, data kept in Australia, and plain answers to the questions a procurement or security review will ask.
We never guess a safety threshold. Every pressure, level and par figure comes from the manufacturer, a procedure or your equipment list.
Where we are up to
- Escudo Emergency, working now
- Crew app with guided walkarounds, framed photos and offline sync. Checks with lights and siren, readings, stock, dates, tyres and meters. Automatic status, defects reported in the field, damage review, work orders, servicing, equipment register, shift handover, on-screen signatures at every stage, alerts, reports, 405 starter templates and Microsoft sign-in. An independent security review and penetration test have been completed.
- Escudo Fleet, Escudo Aviation and Escudo Mining, built
- On the same engine, with what each industry adds: trips, fuel and self-serve billing for fleets; the ARFF category board, aerodrome inspections and sealed checks for airports; the mine readiness board, rule packs and registers for mines. They launch with this site.
