- Which product is right for us?
- Escudo Emergency is for fire, ambulance, police, SES, marine rescue, surf clubs, aviation rescue and mine response teams. Escudo Fleet is for commercial fleets: freight, bus and coach, waste, courier, councils and healthcare. Escudo Aviation is for airports, ARFF services, aircraft operators and ground handlers. Escudo Mining is for mine emergency response teams, mines rescue services and contractors. If you are not sure, book a demo and we will show you the one that fits.
- Do the products share our data?
- No. Escudo Emergency, Escudo Fleet, and Escudo Aviation with Escudo Mining each run on their own database. Inside each one, every organisation is kept apart in the database itself, and automated tests prove it before every release.
- Where is our data stored?
- In Sydney, Australia, for customers in every country we serve: Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Pacific Islands, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong.
- Does it work with no signal?
- Yes. Checks, photos and defects are saved on the phone and sent when signal returns, with nothing lost and nothing sent twice. It is built for plant rooms, pits, underground workings, the water and remote airstrips.
- Can we use our own checks and limits?
- Yes. Every product comes with starter checks to adapt, and every limit is yours to set from your procedures and the manufacturer. We never invent a safety threshold.
- Do you claim we are compliant?
- No. We provide the system and keep the evidence that the work was done, in your own wording. Whether that meets a regulation, a standard or an accreditation stays with you and your regulator.
- What does it cost?
- Escudo Fleet is from A$6 per vehicle per month on annual billing, ex GST, with a free trial. Escudo Aviation’s ARFF Ready is A$150 per ARFF vehicle per month, and Aerodrome is from A$6,000 per aerodrome per year, ex GST. Escudo Emergency and Escudo Mining are priced for each organisation: talk to us.
- What if we leave?
- Export everything first, as spreadsheets. Your records are yours, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
