Know your fleet readiness and response.

Vehicle and equipment readiness for emergency services. Crews walk the vehicle and complete the check on a phone, online or offline. Status, defects, servicing and records look after themselves.

Fire and rescue.

Checks built around the appliance, not a generic form. A pump that will not reach pressure, a tank below level or a missing length of hose sets the vehicle status the moment it is recorded.

What gets checked.

  • Guided walkaround with framed photos and every tyre
  • Warning lights and every siren tone
  • Pump primes and pressure at test
  • Water and foam levels
  • Hose, breathing apparatus and stock against par
  • Ladder, aerial and extinguisher dates
  1. 01

    Scan the tag

The QR tag opens the right check, with last shift’s handover.

  2. 02

    Walk the vehicle

Framed photos at every position and every tyre, stamped on the phone.

  3. 03

    Check what matters

Lights and siren, readings, stock, dates and defects. Works with no signal.

  4. 04

    Status and records follow

The vehicle status sets itself, and the workshop gets the defects.

In the field, in real time

Report a fault the moment it is found.

Nobody waits for the next check or a phone call to the station. The crew who finds the problem reports it there and then, and the vehicle's status follows.

  1. 01
    Photograph it

From the vehicle screen, any time: on a job, at the hospital, on the sand. Live camera only, never the gallery.

  2. 02
    Say how serious

Critical takes it off run, major restricts it, minor is recorded. The crew decides on the spot.

  3. 03
    Everyone knows

The status changes on the board, a critical fault raises an alert for the officers in the dashboard, and the workshop has the photo, as soon as the phone has signal.

Walkthroughs

Watch a real check, from the phone to the desk.

Four short films, one per service. The crew’s phone and the fleet manager’s dashboard play side by side, chapter by chapter.

What it does

Everything it does
Guided walkaround
A shadowed outline at every position, live camera only, every photo stamped with time, place and heading.
Lights and siren, every time
Every template checks the emergency warning lights and each siren tone.
Readings with limits
Pump pressure, tank levels, oxygen and cylinder pressures against your own limits.
Stock and equipment
Counted against par, locker by locker, with the shortfall on the dashboard.
Compliance dates
Registration, service tags, calibration and expiry dates, warned before they lapse.
Tyres and meters
Tread and pressure for every tyre. Odometer and hours that can never go backwards.
Automatic status
On run, restricted or off run, from failures, expired dates and open defects.
Defects to the workshop
Work orders raised from the board. Closing one clears the defect and resets the service.
Equipment register
Where every cylinder, device and tool is, with its test and service history.
Shift handover
Fuel, odometer and notes passed on, and accepted by the next crew.
Offline first
Checks complete without signal and sync later, with no duplicates.
Evidence that stands up
Append-only audit log, locked template versions and an evidence rating on every walkaround.

Checks that match your equipment

Warning lights and siren. Pump pressure at test. Oxygen in kPa. Hose counts against par. Pads expiry. Engine hours on a rescue boat. You decide what each failure does to the vehicle.

Drill library

Preset drills, your intervals, everyone signs

89 preset drills across eight services, each with its steps and its source. Add one to your plans, set how often you run it, run it on the phone with no signal and print the drill pack.

  • An interval only where a regulator states one, with its clause. Every other one is yours to set
  • Each person signs for themselves, and the lead closes the run
  • Findings become defects or corrective actions
  • Overdue is a note and an alert, never a status

See it with your own fleet

A 20 minute call. Bring one of your check sheets and we will show you the same check running on a phone, with the status and records it produces.
